Before you ask
Do free zone companies pay UAE Corporate Tax?
Many qualify for a 0% rate on qualifying income, but they still must register and file. The 0% is not automatic and depends on meeting the qualifying conditions. We confirm your status, register you, and file the return so the rate you rely on is actually defensible.
When is the Corporate Tax return due?
The return and any payment are generally due within nine months of the end of your financial year. We work backwards from that date, so preparation starts early and filing is never a last-minute scramble.
